Born in the southeast of France as the youngest of four children, I grew up without much structure and with little self-confidence...

At the age of 18 in 2011, I made the decision to enlist in the military for a 5-year contract with the goal of developing discipline and learning to push my personal boundaries.

In 2014, following the tragic passing of my sister's husband, just 2 weeks after their wedding, I began to take an interest in personal development and developed a passion for reading.

After reading a book written by Tony Robbins, a globally recognized life coach known for his transformative coaching, I made the decision to transition into life coaching at the end of my contract in 2016.

​

I embarked on various training courses with the aim of creating rapid, profound, and lasting changes. I acquired tools for change facilitation, such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Ericksonian Hypnosis, and then expanded my skills with EDEC, the deep coaching training school by David Laroche.

For 7 years, I developed my business by combining life coaching with a fitness-related activity, but today, I have chosen to aim for excellence by primarily focusing on my life coaching activity.

Through my numerous training courses, I, too, have been coached and have been able to heal from certain traumas, including the fear of judgment from others and the fear of not being loved.

​

This has allowed me to build a strong self-confidence and a genuine self-esteem with which I was able to go to the United States and build a project from scratch with my loved one.

​

Today, I have the privilege of supporting (future) entrepreneurs who, like me, have a project close to their hearts but need to develop their self-confidence, believe in themselves, and DARE to take action to build a life that inspires them.
